Staying profitable and efficient
All units across the group share one creative department. Now account managers from all 12 business units can easily assign tasks and campaigns to central traffic managers who can see the capacity and actual workload of the creative department and book time with them. Ogilvy's traffic managers update online to-do lists so creative people can stay truly creative and need not spend any time with administrative tasks.
In Ogilvy & Mather Prague, AD-IN-ONE is fully integrated with O&M's local accountancy software and all financial data is transferred to their books automatically. Once invoices are billed by account managers, the system routes them automatically to the financial department for approval. For this reason the financial department, like the rest of Ogilvy & Mather Prague, is lean, efficient, and profitable.
