Brief
Within the first two weeks of the project our local partner and us, we will ask you and heads of departments more than 600 specific questions. Your answers will help up discover your exact needs and be able to set up AD-IN-ONE for the best fit to your agency. AD-IN-ONE can be highly configured and you will feel in control over this adjustment process.
Setup
During the following two weeks we will set up the whole system and prepare it for start-up. All IT related systems will be checked carefully to ensure the system runs smoothly and problem free.
Training
During the final two weeks of the implementation process your staff will be trained through a personal session with our training staff and e-learning courses with hundreds of instructional videos.
Go live support
During the first days of real use, our consultants will be available on site, either in your company or online to help you solve initial questions and help you take your first steps with AD-IN-ONE.
